UPGRADE DIAMOND JEWELLERY:
We offer our customers anytime diamond jewellery upgrade at 85% credit on purchase value for any replacement of same or greater value but not less.
The diamond jewellery being upgraded must be accompanied by its original receipt, certificates and accessories if applicable.
The upgrade is allowed to and from diamond only jewellery items and not with the coloured precious gemstones.
The upgrade is from one item to one only and not multiple items.
The upgrades are one time in a lifetime of the jewellery purchased.

*To send us your jewellery, you need to purchase a fully insured shipping with express post sign on Delivery at https://auspost.com.au/?&ecid=p13702683616 .We will ship your item back to you free of charge.
ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN UPGRADE POLICY:
Diamond Nose studs will not be upgraded due to hygiene conditions.
Any precious colour stone Jewellery(for example birthstone jewellery).
Diamond set pearl and pearl jewellery are not included in the exchange policy.
Sterling silver and Silver jewellery are not included in the exchange policy.
Loose stones (Diamond and coloured Gemstones) are not included in exchange policy.
Gold Jewellery, silver products and gold/silver bars, coins, nuggets are not included in exchange Policy.
