WHO IS YOUR COURIER PARTNER?

  • Australia Post is our courier partner. We offer Express Shipping and standard shipping.
  • Your parcel will arrive within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation.

HOW DOES AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS SHIPPING WORK?

  • Express shipping may be chosen as an option before checkout.
  • Express shipping charge is calculated in reference to purchasing value at the time of check out.
  • Your parcel will arrive within 2-3 working days after order confirmation.
  • Vouchers and automatic discounts do not apply to shipping fees unless otherwise stated
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns and exchanges.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

  • To allow time for proper inspection parcels is shipped 1-2 days after payment. and items will be shipped with full insurance coverage.
  • Express delivery service will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
  • Kindly note that the delivery time estimate may vary slightly depending on the availability of the item and our courier partners’ delivery schedules.
  • Due to the high volume of orders during the TEEJ, Dushhera/Dashain, Diwali/Tihar, Dhanteras there may be a delay in processing the order and having it ready for pick-up or shipping. Rest assured that our staff will get in touch with you to discuss the delay.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME TO RECEIVE THE ORDER WHEN DELIVERY IS MADE?

All orders must be delivered by hand. Australia Post will leave a card in your mailbox. Take the card with you along with your photo id to collect your parcel from the Australia Post Office address mentioned in the card. We will not be liable for the misplaced or lost parcel.

Please refer to the tracking number sent to you to check the status of your parcel.

If your order has not arrived after the delivery date in your Order Shipped email, please call Australia post so they may further assist you.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED, COULD YOU TELL ME WHERE IT IS?

Please make sure you have entered your correct Shipping Address and details before placing an order from our website. We will not be responsible for incorrect address you have provided.

Please refer to the tracking number sent to you to check the status of your parcel.

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Shipped email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. Kindly note that your parcel will take about 7 working days to arrive for standard deliveries, 2-3 working business days if the express delivery option is chosen prior to checkout.

CAN I CHOOSE TO COLLECT MY PURCHASE IN-STORE?

If you prefer to pick up your purchase from our store, please indicate  that you wish to collect your purchase  in the “Checkout” page. After the Order Confirmation email, an Order Shipped email will be sent to you regarding the self-collection date in-store. In most instances, your order will be ready for collection within 2-3 working days upon order confirmation. Please refer to our store opening hours on the contact page.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST DURING MY NEW PURCHASE SHIPPING?

We retain ownership and title of the goods we supply to you until we have received the full price for the goods, applicable delivery charges, and dispatched your order. Once your order has been dispatched to you (or has otherwise been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions), as evidenced by confirmation provided to us by Australia Post, you assume full responsibility for and risk in the goods.

We take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely. Your order is fully insured during transit, and we require a signature for all Parcels on delivery.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST OR TAMPERED DURING RETURN SHIPPING?

We highly recommend that you select Australia Post Express shipping with Insurance service while return shipping to us. Please make sure you have our correct address before giving package to the forwarding service.

We are not responsible for lost/tampered packages during transit and we are not responsible for shipment sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of shipping service selected. You are responsible for contacting your courier service to locate your return shipment to us.
