Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We will meet our obligation under Australian consumer law to provide a remedy if the goods have a manufacturing defect. In case an item you purchased online is sold out in-store, a full refund will be given or will give an estimated time for delivery whichever you choose.
RETURN POLICY: (WEBSITE PURCHASES ONLY)
You may return your website purchase if there is a manufacturing defect. Return must be made within the first 14 days of product delivery for Refund or Exchange Store Credit or Repair whichever you choose. You will have 30days to make your decision on the returned item. After 30 days, You will be issued a refund. All shipping return charges must be paid by you that excludes manufacturing defect return.
Exclusions: Made to order, modified, resized or engraved items or purchases made as an insurance replacement and Jewellery Boxes and Layby sales.
To return an item, simply follow the Return Procedures listed below:
- Email Customerservice@rbdiamond.com.au your original invoice and reason for return to obtain Return Authorisation Confirmation email.
- Ensure the product is in original condition and original packaging. Improperly packaged items sent to our office without a Return Authorization confirmation email or packages shipped beyond the 14-days return period will be refused a return.
- Return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Bubble wrap Silver product and pack the product in a secure padded Box.
- Send your items along with the original invoice via Australia Post with an insured traceable method to Shop 7C, 118 CHURCH STREET, PARRAMATTA 2150. Please make sure the Return shipping is insured to make it is not lost during transit. Should there be any loss of package returned that was not insured you will be responsible for it.
- Upon receiving the product, we will take the required action which includes thorough testing of the goods to ensure that the item has not been altered or tampered with in any way.
- PLEASE NOTE: Your exchange will not be actioned until we receive your product back at our address above. Once we have received the product we will process the exchange within 3 business days. Please allow 10 working days for your exchange to be processed.
We highly recommend that you select Australia Post Express shipping with Insurance service while return shipping to us. Please make sure you have our correct address before giving package to the forwarding service.
We are not responsible for lost/tampered packages during transit and we are not responsible for shipment sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of shipping service selected. You are responsible for contacting your courier service to locate your return shipment to us.
