Returns and Refunds

RETURN POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE AND NOT INSTORE.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within the first 14 days of shipment for the exchange.

All shipping return charges must be pre-paid however we pay shipping charge while sending the exchanged item back to you which is limited to two times per customer.

Refunds will be issued as RB Diamond jewellers store credit which will be valid for 30days.

If you wish to return or exchange merchandise please obtain a Return Authorization RAN (Return Authorization Number) by emailing at info@rbdiamond.com.au

To return an item, simply follow the Return Procedures listed below:

You’ll need to email us your:

  • original invoice,
  • contact details
  • reason for return in the email to obtain RA number.

Custom orders cannot be returned.

Improperly packaged or uninsured items sent to our office without a RAN number (Return Authorization Number), packages shipped beyond the 14-days return period, will be refused Return.

 

REFUND POLICY:

Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.You can refund, where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from the sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to.

In case an item you purchased online is sold out in-store, a full refund will be given or will give an estimated time for delivery whichever you choose.
